How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items should be returned in their original product packaging and in their original condition.

We will email you a return label to affix to the product packaging for return shipping at no cost to you. Openlygeek.com pays for all return shipping. In addition, opened items found to be defective within 30 days may be easily exchanged for the same item without any additional shipping costs.

To start the process you may contact us via Live Chat or call us at: 877-615-1581 and select option #1. All returns require a Return Authorization. Returns without authorization will not be processed.

Please have your order number ready and supply it to us when requesting a return. You will receive the refund within 2-3 weeks of shipping the product back to us. Please realize that this includes the time it takes to ship and process the return as well as the amount of time it takes for a customer's bank to process the credit and post it to your account.

Items that are not returnable
  • Gift Certificates
  • Computer accessory purchases older than 15 days (unless received defective)
  • Open Software or Video Games (unless received defective)
  • Items missing Serial Numbers
  • Items obviously damaged by the customer
We strongly encourage our customers to refuse any delivery of a product that appears to have been abused and/or damaged during shipping. Refused deliveries due to product damage quickly receive FULL Refunds. (this includes all shipping costs)

Televisions
All of our Televisions come with Full Manufacturer Warranties. All Television Manufacturers do not allow us to except returns of their items directly as they prefer to send their own technicians to the customer's homes for proper service. In these cases the Manufacturer will handle the return and or exchange of the item. All appropriate numbers are included within the product documentation. If you can not find it please call us and we will provide you with all the information you need to have your issue quickly resolved. Furniture
Furniture which has been found to be defective within 30 days can be exchanged for the same item. Openlygeek.com will pay for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. Furniture which has been damaged by the customer (i.e. stains resulting from spills) are not returnable.

All items are inspected prior to issuing credit. In any and all cases, we do our best to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase.
